Steve Eisenmann
Mr. Eisenmann is a registered patent attorney admitted to practice in the State of Wisconsin and before the United States Patent and Trademark Office. He has been an IP lawyer for 9 years. Mr. Eisenmann has handled patent prosecution, patent opinion, patent licensing, patent acquisition, patent sales, open source, product clearance, litigation support, trade secret, and patent interference duties. Mr. Eisenmann’s patent experience includes gaming, medical devices, implantable medical devices, social gaming, video games, telecommunications, aviation, wireless devices, tanks, automobiles, controls, and energy. Mr. Eisenmann’s industry expertise and love for teaching led to his instruction of Intellectual Property Law at the prestigious Notre Dame University Law School. Mr. Eisenmann’s experience also includes presentation at numerous IP Seminars worldwide. Mr. Eisenmann received a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering from Drexel University, an MBA from Desales University and a JD from the University of Iowa.
Michael Cantor
Mr. Michael A. Cantor is an attorney with over 17 years of legal experience. He is licensed to practice law in Nevada and California, and registered with the United States Patent and Trademark Office. Mr. Cantor has worked for a number of companies as an engineer and attorney - from start-up to Fortune 500 - in the areas of aerospace, software development, and gaming. His legal expertise is geared primarily towards the protection of Intellectual Property and has experience in patent drafting, trademark prosecution and the licensing of all forms of intellectual property. In his capacity as attorney for two software development companies and, most recently, for the leading supplier of casino games and gaming machines in the wagered-gaming industry, Mr. Cantor also was a primary source for the negotiation and drafting of a variety of corporate agreements.
